TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WAIVERS

• ALL RIDERS & PARTICIPANTS IN ANY ACTIVITIES MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER IN PLACE PRIOR TO PROCEEDING. SEE WAIVERS PAGE.

LESSONS

• Riders are expected to groom, and tack/untack their horse on their own time. Please arrive early to your lesson in order to have your horse ready by the scheduled lesson time so as to not interfere with the group. Young or inexperienced riders, please speak to your coach as to when they feel you are ready to safely do this unassisted. Riders are also expected to clean up afterwards.
• Invoices will be emailed and are due by the 1st unless otherwise arranged. Invoices can be paid via E-Transfer (preferred) or Cash. Credit Cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge. Late payment charges of 10% will apply to monthly invoices not paid by the 5th of the month.
• Extended absences (eg. vacation) must be pre-arranged by the 20th of the month prior for invoicing, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.
• Notice to discontinue must be received by the 1st of the month for the month following. No refunds will be given for prepaid lessons.

CAMPS

• Prepaid by Credit Card when Booking
• 4+ Weeks Notice - $50 Cancellation Fee
• 2+ Weeks Notice - 50% Cancellation Fee
• <2 Weeks Notice - 100% Cancellation Fee
• Any refund will be credited to the credit card used for original payment

BARN BUDDIES

• Prepaid by Credit Card when Booking
• Can be rescheduled via original email booking notification
• No refunds

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

• Prepaid by Credit Card when Booking
• 4+ Weeks Notice - $50 Cancellation Fee
• 2+ Weeks Notice - 50% Cancellation Fee
• <2 Weeks Notice - 100% Cancellation Fee
